The Directors

Margaret (Meg) Crockford, based in Muswellbrook, is the founder and Managing Director of Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd (ACFP Ltd) and the creator of the ACF Club model—built to make fundraising simpler, more ethical, and far more effective for community organisations.

With deep roots in regional NSW and a lifetime of firsthand experience supporting school and community fundraising, Meg is committed to advancing health and education through transparent, community-first programs that return a strong share of every membership directly to a member’s chosen cause.

Meg’s work is also driven by personal loss, inspiring ACFP Ltd’s “First Aid For All” mission—to help ensure more Australians have the skills to act when it matters most.

Donna Stephens is a volunteer Director of ACFP Ltd, based in Merriwa and currently working in open cut coal mining. With previous experience in management and administration within the community care provider sector, Donna brings a strong foundation in people-focused operations and practical community support.

Donna’s path crossed with the ACFP team through mining, where shared conversations about creating better access to health resources and community support led her to step forward—alongside Zac—as a volunteer Director to help bring this vision to life.

Zachary (Zac) Guise is a volunteer Director of ACFP Ltd, based in Singleton, with well over a decade of experience in coal mining. Zac has been closely involved in the legislation, compliance, and day-to-day operational management of a large open cut coal mine, bringing a grounded, governance-minded approach to the organisation.

Like the other Directors, Zac’s connection to ACFP Ltd began through open cut mining—where conversations about community-first solutions and better access to health resources grew into a shared commitment to help materialise the vision of ACFP Ltd.
