A charity built for practical community benefit.
Australian Community Fundraising Partners Ltd exists to advance health and health education, strengthen community participation and build sustainable ways to support public-benefit work.
Turn community participation into useful, measurable outcomes.
ACFP is developing programs that make practical health knowledge easier to access while creating fundraising pathways that help community organisations participate in the work.
Our work is designed to be understandable, transparent and scalable. We start with a defined public-benefit purpose, test locally, measure what happens and improve before expanding.
Upper Hunter pilot
Our initial program development is centred in the Upper Hunter, NSW, with a view to expanding responsibly as partnerships, funding and delivery capacity grow.
National intent
ACFP is open to partnerships across Australia where activities align with our charitable purpose and governance requirements.
Purpose first. Governance throughout.
Identify a practical need
We focus on needs that align with our health and education purposes and can create a genuine public benefit.
Build with community
Programs are designed around partnerships, accessible delivery and participation rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
Measure and improve
We intend to track participation, outcomes and feedback so programs can improve and scale responsibly.
Board of directors
ACFP Ltd is governed by a board responsible for oversight of the charity's purpose, finances, risk and compliance.
